TM Office is the staff and store app used by Together Mart, operated by Withus Global Pty Ltd (ABN 79 695 117 027), Royston Park, South Australia. It is a workplace tool: accounts are created by the employer for people who work at the store. This policy explains what the app records, why, and who can see it.

What the app records

About location

If your employer switches on the clock-in location check, your phone asks for permission and sends one position reading when you press Start shift. The server uses it to work out how far you are from the store and then discards it. Your coordinates are never written to the database. What is kept is one of: in store, N metres away, location refused, or no location. The app never tracks you in the background, and refusing the permission never stops you clocking in — your manager simply sees that it was refused.

Who can see it

• You — your own shifts, notes and requests.
• Managers and the owner of Together Mart — attendance, notes and till activity, for running the store.
• Pay category and hours are visible only to the owner.

We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising, and there is no advertising or analytics tracking in the app.

Where it is kept

On servers in Sydney, Australia, run for us by Railway (application) and Supabase (database). Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords and PINs are stored hashed, never as plain text.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that host the app, and with government bodies where the law requires it (for example the ATO, Fair Work, or SafeWork SA). We never send it overseas for marketing.

Your choices

• See your data — ask a manager, or email us at the address below.
• Correct it — you can edit your availability and notes in the app; ask a manager for the rest.
• Delete it — email us. We delete what we are not legally required to keep (employment and tax records must be held for 7 years). Selfies and location verdicts can be deleted at any time on request.
• Turn off location — refuse the permission on your phone, or turn it off in your phone's settings for this app. Nothing else stops working.

Children

The app is for people employed at the store and is not directed at children. Where a staff member is under 18, their account is created by their employer with the same information as any other employee.

Complaints

Email admin@withusglobal.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and change the date at the top.
