TM Office is provided by Withus Global Pty Ltd (ABN 79 695 117 027) for people who work at Together Mart. By signing in you agree to these terms.

Your account

• Your employer creates your account. Do not share your password, PIN or staff badge with anyone.
• Anything done under your login or badge is treated as done by you. Tell a manager straight away if you think someone else has used it.
• The account belongs to the business and is closed when you stop working there.

Using the app properly

• Clock in and out only for yourself, and only when you are actually starting or finishing work.
• Use the till functions — discounts, refunds, cash movements — only as your manager has instructed. These actions are logged with your name and the time.
• Do not copy customer or staff information out of the app, and do not try to get at parts of the app your role is not given.

What we do and do not promise

• We try to keep the app available, but it can be down for maintenance, network or hosting problems. Clocking in and out can always be corrected by a manager afterwards.
• The app is provided as it is. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or your employment agreement.
